Ready to step away from the tools and take your technical expertise to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for a HVAC technician to join our team in Notting Hill, Victoria as a Technical Service Engineer This is an opportunity to show off your HVAC technical knowledge on things like VRF systems and inverter technology, you will be relied upon to support and troubleshoot technical issues for our Victoria customers. What You’ll Do Provide expert technical support for MHIAA air conditioning products across the Australian and New Zealand markets. Support Service Agents with spare part selection, technical service assistance, and commissioning support via phone, email, and other communication channels. Participate in, oversee and supervise site visits and on-site commissioning ensuring all projects are completed successfully and efficiently. Manage and process Warranty Claim Orders Deliver technical product training seminars to both internal teams and external partners. What You’ll Bring Tertiary qualifications in HVAC including Certificate 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning; current refrigerant handling license and restricted electrical license. Significant experience in service, repair, and diagnostics within the HVAC industry. A proven track record of fault-finding, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent time management abilities. Expertise with VRF and inverter technology, and deep knowledge of HVAC systems.
