As HR Officer, you will be responsible for delivering core HR services and supporting strategic initiatives. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for various roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process. Compensation & Benefits Administer compensation and benefits programs in line with company policies and local regulations. Provide guidance to employees on benefits and payroll‑related queries. Employee Engagement Plan and execute engagement activities to foster a positive and inclusive culture. Support initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Training & Development Coordinate training programs to build skills and support career growth. Monitor completion rates and evaluate program effectiveness. Employee Relations & Compliance Address employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local employment laws and company guidelines. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support HR operations and continuous improvement. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3‑4 years of HR experience, with exposure to recruitment and employee relations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Ability to commit 3 days a week. Having full‑right to work in Australia.
