About the Role: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Fleet Coordinator to coordinate and oversee our diverse fleet of 300 from plant equipment to Toyota LVs, forklifts, telehandlers, bobcats, 2–8 ton excavators, winches and Posi Tracks. This is a Monday to Friday role, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys coordinating logistics with external vendors. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule all fleet repairs and servicing, ensuring minimal downtime. Liaise with external vendors and subcontractors to manage all repair works. Maintain accurate records of all service, maintenance, and repair activities. Monitor fleet performance, ensuring vehicles and equipment are safe, compliant, and operational. Support the team in fleet planning, reporting, and compliance requirements. What We're Looking For: Strong organisational and communication skills. Experience managing a diverse fleet is highly desirable. Ability to liaise confidently with external vendors and subcontractors.
