We are seeking an experienced Electrical Reliability Engineer to join the team at Hay Point Coal Terminal. Mackay & Central QLD – Mackay Local Full Time $90.00 p/hour Key Selling Points $90 per hour Monday to Friday Site-based at Hay Point Coal Terminal Mackay residential only About Our Client Our client is a leading mining and resources company committed to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Monitor equipment performance in relation to cost, performance, and reliability Conduct targeted root cause analysis (RCA) and implement improvement actions Drive defect elimination strategies for fixed plant and equipment Develop and monitor effectiveness of reliability improvement plans Qualifications Electrical Engineering degree preferred Trade background or degree in Electrical, Maintenance Management, or extensive related experience considered Strong experience in defect elimination and reliability engineering Ability to analyze performance data and implement corrective actions Benefits $90 per hour Monday to Friday roster Potential to go permanent Work locally in Mackay (residential only) Opportunity to work on a key coal terminal site #J-18808-Ljbffr
