We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tradesperson / Handyperson to join our Maintenance team at Wellcamp Business Park. You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of general building and services maintenance tasks across residential and commercial sites. Located in Wellcamp (Toowoomba Region), this full-time role offers stability, variety and a great work-life balance. You’ll work Monday – Friday, earn a competitive flat hourly rate, enjoy the benefits of a category 2 company vehicle, and be home every night. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Carry out carpentry works (framing, doors, windows, flooring etc.) Perform general building maintenance and handyman repairs Install and assemble fixtures, fittings and equipment Respond to routine and urgent maintenance requests Conduct inspections and report hazards Keep work areas safe, clean and compliant About You Current Drivers License Construction White Card Great problem‑solving and practical skills Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks Strong focus on safety, quality and teamwork Own tools (preferred) Monday – Friday role Competitive hourly rate and job stability.
