Based in Southport, our club is home to senior men's and women's teams, a thriving juniors program, and a passionate community of players, families and supporters. About the Role We are seeking expressions of interest for a Senior Men's Head Coach for the 2026 season and beyond. This position is ideal for an experienced and motivated coach who is passionate about player development, team culture, and community rugby. Key Responsibilities: Plan and lead two training sessions per week during the season. Oversee pre‑season training and preparation. Coach and manage the senior men's team during Saturday afternoon games (home and away, across the Gold Coast). Work collaboratively with assistant coaches, team managers, and club leadership. Promote a positive, inclusive, and high‑performance culture within the playing group. About You: Experience coaching senior rugby (preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Passionate about community rugby and player development. Available for evening trainings and Saturday matches.
