ABOUT THE POSITION As a Qualified Educator you will be responsible for the provision of quality care and education for all children enrolled in our centre. Our Educators contribute to children’s knowledge through various means, including play-based learning, using intentional teaching, observations and parent input in a holistic manner supporting individual’s needs, interests and abilities. Our vast array of activities supports children to develop at their own pace through exploration and discovery of their own environment, and the people around them. ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role you should have formal qualification in Early Childhood Education (Cert III, Diploma or Bachelor), and a demonstrated passion for early childhood learning. Bringing your dedication for working with, and educating children, you will primarily be responsible for delivering educational programs according to the Early Year Learning Framework-Belonging, Being & Becoming and the National Quality Framework, liaising with families and supporting the development of your colleagues.
