You will predominantly be focused on attracting, sourcing, screening and hiring technical talent. You will work independently and collaborate with various cross-functional teams to deliver results in a fast-paced matrixed environment.To be successful, this role requires an individual with strong market knowledge, a breadth of technical/non-technical, sales and Leadership recruiting experience, as well as the ‘gravitas’ to be able to effectively manage and influence senior stakeholders. You will need to be adaptable, proactively champion change and process improvement, harness excellent people skills and the ability to **"read the room"**—understanding nuances in conversations, stakeholder expectations and business needs.**Key Responsibilities:*** **End-to-End Talent Acquisition** + Lead recruitment efforts with a **solution-oriented,** **consultative and data-driven approach**. + Understand business requirements and objectives; translate these into appropriate hiring strategies in support of securing top talent to meet business needs. + Drive full-spectrum external recruiting delivery across Technical, Non-Technical, Leadership and sales roles as required - primarily across Australia & New Zealand, but supporting other countries within APAC as needed.* **Stakeholder & Candidate Engagement** + Always Keep **Stakeholder and Candidate experience** top of mind. Strive for excellence. + Build and maintain strong relationships with **hiring managers, executives, and cross-functional teams** to shape and evolve recruitment strategies. + **Read the room** and interpret nuances to effectively manage expectations. + Demonstrate **exceptional people skills**—adapting to different personalities and business cultures.* **Market Expertise & Talent Attraction Strategy** + **Deep expertise in the Australia & New Zealand talent market** is essential.
