With 17 strategically located stores spanning from Joondalup to Bunbury, we continue to expand our stock range to meet the diverse needs of our customers. Your Responsibilities Providing exceptional customer service to all trades and retail customers who enter the store Handling customer enquiries, inbound calls from mechanical trade customers and processing orders efficiently Providing accurate pricing, availability and compatibility information to customers Processing sales transactions and invoices accurately Recommending and locating automotive parts Occasional delivery runs to customers Accurately picking and putting stock away Developing & maintaining strong relationships with customers ensuring their needs are met About You Have a love for all things cars Knowledge of vehicle parts & the automotive industry Experience in a similar role dealing with car parts & trade customers Manual driver’s license Delivery driving experience desired Excellent communication skills A positive attitude and well-presented appearance Strong attention to detail and accuracy Team player Be available to work some Saturday mornings How to Apply Please only apply if: You have the relevant Australian working rights You have experience / knowledge of the industry You can work full time hours If you're ready to kick-start your career with Veale Auto Parts, we want to hear from you Immediate start is available, and training will be provided.
