Executive General Manager – Commercial Bolton Clarke is seeking an experienced and visionary Executive General Manager Commercial to lead our Residential Aged Care commercial operations. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer – RAC, you will drive strategic and commercial outcomes, ensure financial sustainability while balancing care and service excellence. About The Role Lead the RAC Care Funding, Workforce, and Commercial teams to achieve annual financial and operational targets. Develop and implement funding and workforce strategies aligned with resident care needs and commercial objectives. Identify and deliver commercial opportunities to improve financial performance across the RAC group. Provide strategic insights and partner with Operations to achieve business goals. Anticipate and respond to regulatory changes, driving proactive initiatives for continuous improvement. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, rostering, and workforce planning to ensure optimal team performance. Support finance, payroll, and industrial relations functions with accurate reporting and analysis. About You Tertiary qualification in finance and/or accounting. Significant leadership experience in the health and aged care sector. Ability to influence and drive positive change. Proven ability to balance purpose, care, and commercial outcomes. Skilled in developing and implementing complex initiatives. Experience in leading and coaching large teams.
