At Breakthru we are proud to be Great Place to Work Certified About the Role We have casual positions available in our Community Supports program across a number of locations in New South Wales: Dubbo, Port Macquarie & Taree; Victoria: Sunshine, St Albans. In this program, you will support people to: Access the community for shopping, appointments and day-to-day activities including transportation where required. Participate in a range of scheduled activities such as cooking, art, outdoor physical activities and excursions. Engage in social events. Prepare meals and other simple in-home supports. We are looking for reliable people who are passionate about community connection, who enjoy developing relationships with people, and genuinely get excited to see others achieve. We require good availability and the ability to work occasional weekends. Successful matches may get consistent shifts and opportunity to go permanent part‑time. The casual pay range on these positions is between $______ per hour. Relevant certificates or qualifications with at least 12 months experience attract the higher rate. Weekend shifts attract additional loading on your rate.
