We have an exciting opportunity for a 2IC/Deputy Practice Manager to join this forward thinking, diverse and successful bulk billing medical centres based in Hope Island and Pimpama. Offering a very dynamic range of services, this team has a wonderful reputation within the community and a lovely team culture built on family‑friendly values. My HealthCity is a group practice supported by a full team of Allied Health Professionals, Registered Nurses, Practice Manager, Medical Receptionists and specialists. The centre also includes X‑ray, pathology, physiotherapy, dental services and a pharmacy, as well as an in‑house TrueCare Cardiology centre. Tasks & Responsibilities Managing appointments books. Answering telephone calls and inquiries. Checking emails and mail and taking appropriate action. Working closely with Doctors, Nurses & Allied Health as a collaborative team member.
