1 Senior Architect & 1 Graduate Architect Style, design, and trend. Dhursan Construction located in ORAN PARK NSW specialise in bespoke homes, knockdown & rebuilds, single and double storey homes, multi dwelling projects, customised architectural designs with creative and unique homes on simple to complex block of lands. We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Architect and a Graduate Architect/Drafts person with experience and a passion for design. You must have the ability to work on projects independently and be able to effectively and efficiently coordinate consultants. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Graduate/Drafts person At least one year experience drafting Sound documentation software skills, must have experience in ArchiCAD, Lumion (preferred) Ability to collaborate in a positive working team culture throughout the project from concept to delivery A passion for residential design and on top of building trends A growth mindset and a commitment to lifelong learning Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Must have Australian Drivers License Senior Architect Tertiary qualifications in Architecture Experience working on residential and bespoke projects Sound knowledge of local building codes and regulations Excellent Documentation software skills, must have experience in ArchiCAD, Lumion (preferred) Strong understanding across DA, CC, Tender and Construction Documentation Ability to co-ordinate with engineers and other services consultants to ensure drawings are in accordance with brief Design, document, and execute multiple simultaneous high-quality projects by collaborating with all internal and external teams Ability to collaborate in a positive working team culture throughout the project from concept to delivery Experience working on residential and bespoke projects A passion for residential design and on top of building trends A growth mindset and a commitment to lifelong learning Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Must have Australian Drivers License Duties & Responsibilities Graduate/Drafts person Producing detailed construction drawings, good quality design outcomes and documentation NCC & BCC Code knowledge required Working with the team to produce work on time and with excellence Understanding of current and upcoming market trends Other related ad-hoc duties Senior Architect Preparing and presenting design proposals for residential homes CC, DA and CDC approval Producing detailed construction drawings, good quality design outcomes and documentation Attending regular meetings with clients, sales team and other specialists Delivering residential projects from concept to completion on time and on budget Working in a hands‑on capacity, including contributing to improvement initiatives Navigating compliance issues and constraints Understanding of current and upcoming market trends #J-18808-Ljbffr
