What We Offer Competitive Pay: Earn $38+ per hour, plus super and mileage reimbursement. Employment Flexibility: Work as an employee or contractor (ABN required for contractors). Fulfilling Work: Positively impact lives while advancing your career. Your Role Includes Assisting with personal care needs such as showering, grooming, and medication. Providing transport and social support for activities, appointments, and shopping. Performing light household tasks like cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation. Supporting clients with complex needs or behavioral challenges. Helping clients develop life skills like cooking, dressing, and using public transport. Keeping detailed updates on client progress after each service. Requirements A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel and client transport. National Police Certificate (required) and Working with Children Check (as applicable). NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred). Experience with taking care of kids. Experience in the Community Disability and/or Aged Care Sector essential. Job Details Casual/Contractor. Pay: $38‑43 per hour. Short shifts also available. Travel reimbursement. Schedule Day shift. Evening shift. Night shift. Public holidays. Work Location Newcastle Suburbs (in person). Benefits Travel reimbursement. Supplementary Pay Penalty rates.
