This role is suited to a graphic design graduate and/or professional looking for their next opportunity. You are responsible for creating fashion‑relevant and luxury visuals with a focus on email marketing, paid media creatives and e‑commerce assets. Developing and executing our social media strategy, supporting our influencer and content creator activities, proactively managing our online communities, and developing creative for paid advertising as well as supporting our CMO in the management of our external digital agencies. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role also provides input on creative direction and brand representation, and provides general marketing management and administrative support. Graphic & Digital Design Email Design: develop compelling, clean yet creatively innovative email campaigns and automations using Figma, Adobe Suite and Canva. E‑Commerce: work with our e‑commerce manager on image selection – ensuring we present the most engaging visuals for the zoe kratzmann online store. E‑Commerce: edit and prepare all visual website assets for all seasonal collections according to zk standards and specifications. Paid Media: develop platform‑aware visuals for paid media efforts to drive new customer acquisition. E‑Commerce: develop high‑impact home page assets for weekly product drops. Seasonal support: develop key seasonal lookbook designs alongside our Creative Director using Adobe Suite ensuring final artwork is print‑ready and on‑time. Deliver ad‑hoc graphic design support across the marketing and e‑commerce team as required. Innovation: consistently present new ideas, new executions and innovative styles within the scope of the brand guidelines. Marketing Assist E‑Commerce: work alongside our e‑commerce manager to ensure product setup and collection management is executed diligently according to zk procedures. Email Marketing: implement and build EDM campaigns in Klaviyo with the support and training of our Head of Marketing. Email Marketing: build, test and iterate on email marketing automations. Operational Administration: deliver on marketing and e‑commerce team administrative and operational requirements each season. Reporting: deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly analytics data in collaboration with the team for review and scheduled insights meetings. E‑Commerce: weekly management of e‑commerce applications and technology. Day‑to‑Day support across all marketing channels as required. About you Graphic Design qualified with an understanding of and interest in marketing, fashion and digital growth. Visual Eye: strong understanding of colour, typography, and best practices for digital channel execution. Interest in Fashion: ideally you have a keen interest in fashion and a creative eye for product. Time Management: able to meet deadlines, stay organised, and balance multiple design and marketing projects with competing deadlines. Adaptable: can adapt to change and contribute to situations that require reactive action. Self‑starter looking to make their next career move into fashion, with incredible motivation and proactivity. Experience working with Shopify and Klaviyo or similar e‑commerce and email marketing platforms. Willingness and Attitude: career‑driven, creative and results‑driven. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Graphic/Visual Design. 1‑2 years experience in marketing and/or graphic design role focused on paid and email channels. Team player with impeccable attention‑to‑detail. Ability to learn and utilise digital platforms to improve efficiency and collaboration. Excellent communication skills: written and verbal. Ability to work independently with great time management and prioritisation skills.
