Casual Guest Services Agent

Looking for a casual role during December and January with potential for ongoing hours and you are reliable and customer focused with a Retail or Hospitality / Accommodation background or experience - Apply Now The position requires someone who is solution focused, flexible in their availability, and is a team player. Expected hours are roughly 30 per week during December and January, but may increase with leave coverage and business requirements. Requirement to travel between Noosaville and Birtinya locations with other locations also available for the right candidate. This role will involve: Reporting to your Manager daily Working autonomously/with limited supervision to achieve set outcomes in the accommodation operations. Manage Check ins and Check outs Execute the settling and issuing of guest's accounts. Confirm bookings with guests in advance and liaise with the reservations manager where required Take reservation enquiries and bookings Manage data entry into Resly booking system Occasional after hours phone coverage (compensation provided, as required) Ensure that guest requests are completed accurately and efficiently; focusing on guest needs as a priority Assist with arranging and maintaining supplies such as linen, cleaning, room amenities and all other hotel supplies Undertake basic Maintenance, Grounds and Cleaning Duties, as required Ensure that all standards are maintained, customer needs are met and adhere to all policies and procedures Work to help develop, protect and promote the company culture and morale. Report to management regarding daily operations Conduct room inspections and audits All other duties as outlined by management To be successful in this role, you will be available to work various shifts, between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm on any day of the week. You must possess strong communication skills and are confident in problem solving communication with various people involved in the business.
