Your Role Due to expansion, we are seeking to employ entry level and skilled workers to join our Maintenance team based 50 minutes from Toowoomba in the Leyburn area. The positions primarily involve routine and reactive maintenance, as well as general repairs in our intensive piggery buildings and feed mill. We estimate 40 to 45 hours per week would be required on a regular basis and could provide flexibility for casual or permanent placement. Your Skills Experience in either welding, carpentry, plumbing, painting or concreting is well regarded. Other industry tickets will be highly regarded such as forklift and EWP above and below 11 metres. Current Driver’s Licence. As this position requires working on active pig farms, you will be required to comply with all safety, quality and environmental hygiene requirements and meet the appropriate compliance and biosecurity standards. Our farms and workshop are situated within 25 minutes of Clifton and 50 minutes of Toowoomba and Warwick on the Darling Downs.
