Rabbit and co caterers' is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Nowra, NSW. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our clients' events, from initial planning to flawless delivery. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and contribute to the growth of our thriving hospitality and events business. What you'll be doing Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and translate them into detailed event plans Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including vendor management, venue coordination, and event setup and teardown Liaise with our catering team to ensure seamless food and beverage service at events Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the event planning and execution process Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events and implement solutions in a timely manner Maintain detailed event records and documentation Contribute to the continuous improvement of our event planning processes and procedures What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in event coordination or a related hospitality role Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and the internal team Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet Proficiency in using event planning software and tools Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences What we offer Competitive salary and performance‑based bonuses Opportunities for professional development and career growth About us Rabbit and co caterers' is a leading provider of high‑quality catering and event management services in the Nowra region.
