Overview Join to apply for the Special Project Lead - RACGP Vision role at The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). Responsibilities Drive the end-to-end review of the RACGP Vision, managing planning, drafting, research and consultation. Coordinate the Vision Working Group and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver the revised Vision to the Board. Lead research and analysis to ensure the revised Vision reflects current and emerging primary care reform. Draft high-quality policy documents and supporting materials for diverse audiences. Coordinate targeted consultation rounds and translate feedback into actionable updates. Oversee internal approval processes and support communication, design and publication activities. Skills And Experience Strong policy analysis and drafting expertise Deep knowledge of Australia’s health system Proven project leadership and stakeholder skills Exceptional written and verbal communication Benefits Salary: $135,174 + super + salary packaging up to $15,900 for living expenses Full-time, fixed-term contract until August 2026 Flexible location / WFH options Additional salary packaging options for meals, entertainment and novated leases Other benefits including leave loading and cultural, ceremonial, gender transition and volunteer leave About The RACGP The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) represents GPs across Australia.
