St Columba’s College is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Officer (LSO) to join our Learning Diversity team. This role plays a vital part in supporting our students to thrive academically, socially and emotionally within an inclusive Catholic learning environment. This is a fixed term (with the possibility of ongoing) part time position working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm. As a Learning Support Officer you will: Work collaboratively with teachers to support students with diverse learning needs across Years 7–12. Provide in-class assistance, small-group support and individualised learning adjustments. Assist with the implementation of Personalised Learning Plans and evidence-based interventions.
