The Programme Our Clerkship Programme is a 4-week Seasonal Clerkship. Clerks will have exposure to different practice groups, gaining valuable experience and insights into various areas of law. What to Expect As a Clerk, you can expect a variety of tasks, including: Real Work Experience : Observe cases, draft responses, provide advice, and conduct research. Significant Deals : Get involved in important deals, meetings, and negotiations. Litigation Exposure : Attend court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations to see different types of litigation first‑hand. Insurance Law : Work alongside leading insurance lawyers as they demystify the complexities of insurance law. What Can We Offer? Eligibility Academic Standing : Applicants should be in their penultimate or final year of a law degree with strong academic performance. Working Rights : Must have the right to work in Australia (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid Australian Work Visa). Availability : Able to commit to paid full‑time work for the entire 4‑week Summer or 4‑week Winter Clerkship Programme. 2028 Graduate Programme : This clerkship is designed to identify and hire candidates for the 2028 Graduate Programme, providing a pathway to a rewarding career at Clyde & Co.
