At RSM Australia, we’re seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our regional offices in Bunbury, Busselton, or Margaret River. You’ll be part of a close‑knit team of professionals, contributing to RSM’s national strategy and our strong commitment to regional excellence. Whether you choose Bunbury, Busselton, or Margaret River, you’ll enjoy: A relaxed lifestyle with stunning beaches, forests, and wineries at your doorstep Vibrant local communities and a strong sense of connection Excellent schools, healthcare, and amenities A short commute and more time for what matters most What You’ll Do Assist with the preparation of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards Support the preparation of BAS, IAS, Payroll Tax, and other compliance obligations Reconcile bank accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable Respond to bookkeeping queries and liaise with clients to resolve issues Assist with managing client relationships and ongoing communications Apply your knowledge of current accounting practices and industry trends Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance service delivery About You – Essential Requirements 4+ years relevant experience Relevant qualifications Xero and MYOB AccountRight experience essential Payroll experience Sound accounting skills (Dr’s & Cr’s; P&L & Balance Sheet differences) Basic GST knowledge Ability to identify & communicate process improvements Strong organisational skills Excellent customer service skills Self‑motivated (ability to work independently) Ready to make a move to a role, and a region, that truly supports your growth and lifestyle?
