New Graduate Occupational Therapist

Start your career as a Graduate Occupational Therapist with ORS in Gosford, offering strong support, flexible work options, and meaningful client outcomes. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Work with clients aged 0–65 in homes, schools, group programs, and the community. Deliver assessments and interventions including functional capacity and sensory assessments, assistive technology, home modifications, and skill and capacity building programs. Manage a reduced caseload tailored to your interests. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, Dietitians, and Behaviour Support Practitioners. Participate in formal weekly 1:1 supervision with experienced clinicians. Build strong client relationships and celebrate client achievements. About You The company is looking for: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration (or pending). Current car and driver’s licence. WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check or willingness to obtain these. A passion for learning, teamwork, and helping people achieve their goals. Compensation & Benefits 26 weeks paid parental leave. Fitness Passport membership. 26 rostered days off (RDOs) per year. Flexible work options including full-time or part-time, work from home, and compressed 9-day fortnight. An extra week of annual leave after 3 years (five weeks per year, every year). Access to tens of hours of pre-recorded training for upskilling. Formal weekly 1:1 supervision. Two-monthly internal training and monthly special interest groups covering diverse topics. Career Progression Specialist pathways in paediatrics, sensory, mental health, home modifications, PBS, early childhood, or rehab consulting. Clear leadership and management pathways, with many managers having started as new graduates. A dedicated manager to help map out your career growth plan.
