Waste Drivers/ Side Arm Experience Core Talent are recruiting HR Drivers to join our local government client within their Waste & Recycling Team. Benefits of Working in This Role: Competitive rates plus super plus penalties Monday to Friday, early start and finish times(Nightshifts available) Supportive and inclusive work environment Opportunities for advancement and permanent employment Job security and great team culture Position Overview: As a HR Driver within the Waste & Recycling Team, you’ll play a vital role in the collection and disposal of waste materials from residential and commercial areas. You will operate heavy rigid (HR) vehicles, including Rear Loader and side Arm trucks to safely transport waste and recycling materials to designated disposal facilities. Key Responsibilities: Operate HR vehicles for waste collection, including Rear Loader & side arm Perform daily vehicle checks and maintain documentation Safely lift and handle waste materials as needed Provide courteous and professional service to the public Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety guidelines Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily service goals Qualifications & Experience: Current HR Driver’s License Rear loader experience (Side arm preferred) White Card (Construction Induction) Clean driving record Physically fit and capable of manual labour Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude How to Apply: If you meet the above criteria and are ready for your next opportunity, submit your updated resume today .Immediate start available for the right candidates.
