Your chance to make a real impact starts here The opportunity We’re looking for an inspiring, values-driven Career Coach to join our Victorian team. This fixed-term role (to 30 June, with potential extension) is your chance to lead, guide, and empower the next generation of care sector professionals. You’ll be at the heart of trainee success: building relationships, coaching individuals, and supporting host employers to create thriving learning environments. Every day is dynamic, purposeful, and impactful.
