The Role In Melbourne, you will join the Private Wealth Management team to provide administrative support to Advisers. This entry‑level position offers a broad depth of experience in the industry or an opportunity to build on prior experience. Your responsibilities include: Providing technical and administrative support to Advisers. Placing buy/sell orders on the market as requested by clients. Managing funds product orders. Providing analysis and ongoing monitoring of investments. Preparing formal advice documents (e.g., Statements of Advice). Assisting with client meetings and responding to client requests. About You Key to your success: Relevant Bachelor’s degree (or prior experience in a similar role). Strong interest in, and/or prior experience in, financial services and financial markets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Willingness to learn and a self‑driven approach. Technological savviness.
