Three-month maximum term, full time role based at Jandakot. Lead the drafting and review of finance policies and procedures. Work closely with the Head of Finance and senior stakeholders. About the Team You will join the Finance and Systems team, a collaborative group that supports strong financial governance, reporting integrity and continuous improvement across RFDS WA. The team provides financial analysis, budgeting support and policy oversight that helps guide informed decision making. You will work closely with the Head of Finance and subject matter experts to ensure policies are accurate, consistent and aligned with operational requirements. About the Role Draft, review and finalise finance policies and procedures for RFDS WA and GHC. Ensure documentation meets compliance requirements and reflects current processes. Work with finance leaders and operational teams to gather information and validate content. Improve consistency, clarity and structure across all finance policy documents. About You You are an experienced finance professional or technical writer with strong policy development capability. You can translate complex financial processes into clear, high-quality documentation. You bring strong attention to detail, excellent writing skills and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders. You understand financial controls, accounting processes and compliance requirements and you enjoy delivering work that improves governance and operational clarity.
