Front of House Opportunities | Fellini's Trattoria Are you ready to do what you love? Join the Front of House team at Fellini's Trattoria as a Bartender or Section Waiter . Fellini’s Trattoria is HSW’s newest addition, located at the New Farm end of the precinct in front of Ciao Papi. Fellini’s Trattoria is an Italian street food kitchen and bar, inspired by the flavours of coastal Italy and the vibrant energy of Naples. We are looking for dynamic Front of House professionals who love offering warm, home-style hospitality while working on our beautiful riverside deck. Key responsibilities include: Managing your section during service and ensuring positive guest experience. Using POS for order management. Food and beverage matching recommendations to guests. Preparing a range of drinks including basic cocktails. Checking if your guests have dietary requirements or special requests. Bill presentation to customers. Ensuring your section is ready for service. Accurately relay orders to the kitchen and bar, ensuring timely delivery and handling. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operation and high-quality service. What we are looking for: Previous experience within a well-renowned restaurant. A background in high volume, quality hospitality business. Engaging personal presence with outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills. Energetic, charismatic and engaging personality. A high standard of grooming. Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts – weekends are essential. Be a positive and collaborative team player. Assist with guest requests and requirements.
