We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Liaison to join our vibrant contact centre team at Aspire4Life. You will be supporting our remote assessment team by taking care of the day-to-day admin tasks that help them run smoothly. You are their ‘back to base’ support and the backbone of the team We are looking for team members who can remain cool, calm, and collected in a busy environment. You will be a customer service superstar, looking for a role working Monday to Friday. About you: • Previous experience working within a call centre environment (or an office with high volume phone calls) • Confident communication skills. Particularly when it comes to being empathetic, clear, and concise over the phone. • Advanced IT skills with previous experience working across multiple platforms (Microsoft Office Suite) • Previous experience working with KPI's to ensure high quality client outcomes.
