If you have previous experience of consulting around cyber security strategy, or previous consulting, advisory and policy experience and completed a cyber cert or degree then please apply – we would be keen to chat to you Position Summary & Primary Objective Reporting to the Senior Manager – Strategy & Consulting, the Consultant is responsible for working with the Strategy & Consulting team to support our customers to solve their current and most challenging cyber security problems, protect their future and empower them to thrive in an uncertain world. Key Roles & Responsibilities iesConduct research and synthesise information to assist the Strategy & Consulting t eamto develop cyber security strategies, policies, processes, and procedures to protect our clients and their custom ersSupport development and delivery of end to end Strategy & Consulting engageme ntsDistil research into briefs and presentations for the Strategy & Consulting team to utilise internally and externa llySupport the Strategy & Consulting team to advise on clients’ cyber security investment and monitoring performance for boards and senior leaders hipAssist the Strategy & Consulting team to prepare clients for critical cyber security incide ntsUnderstand the key principles required and learn how to build cyber security awareness amongst our clients’ leadership te amsSupport the Strategy & Consulting team to produce high-quality proposals, reports, and presentati Preferred Qualifications, Experience & Skills ills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cyber Security, Business Administration is preferred but not esse ntial1+ years’ experience in technology or risk consulting, ideally with experience working for a global consulting firm or large technology com pany.Cyber security experience is highly reg ardedGood personal presence and the ability to effectively engage with senior c ldersA strategic mindset and an understanding of how engagements fit into a broader business co ntextAny knowledge with one or more cyber security areas. For example, risk assessment and management, cyber security frameworks (such as NIST CSF, ISM, ISO/IEC27001) or vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, security research etc is highly desirable but not essential at this s NB.
