**Dementia Support Australia is looking for passionate health and aged care professionals to join our growing team.** **The Role** As a Dementia Support Coach, you’ll provide practical, relationship-based support, modelling and coaching for clients, carers and care staff across a variety of settings.This role is offered as a Fixed Term Contract until January 2028 and is based out of our Launceston office in Tasmania. **Benefits** Leave benefits – including access to purchased additional annual leave**Responsibilities** Strong organisational and time-management skills in a busy work environment Ability to work independently and collaboratively Qualifications in a relevant field: Allied Health Assistant, Diversional Therapy, EN, Aged Care, Cert III/IV in Individual Support or Leisure and Health (highly desirable) At Dementia Support Australia, we are dedicated to improving the lives of people living with dementia and their families.
