About the job Vedi is looking for an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to turn the fast-growing momentum behind Vedi into eyeballs, clicks and conversions. This role is perfect for someone who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor who can drive marketing and communications strategies that align with Vedi’s business goals. You will collaborate closely with our sales, product development, customer success, and executive teams to drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and position Vedi as a leader in veterinary technology. Our core behaviours Earn customer trust Always do the right thing Apply candour with care Dream big and deliver Key responsibilities Create and manage communication plans to promote new feature releases and partnerships to Vedi’s network, customers, and prospects. Identify creative opportunities to expand Vedi's reach. Iterate marketing strategies informed by campaign performance data. Manage Vedi's presence across channels, including social media, email, website, blog, events and media. Leverage insights from Vedi’s technology to position the company as transformative and an industry leader. Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to produce impactful content. Be protective of Vedi’s brand by ensuring all activities align with Vedi's brand identity and values. Establish quarterly objectives and report on achievements, progress, lessons learned, and recommendations for the next quarter. About you Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience. Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing and communications strategies. Familiarity with startup environments and fast-paced growth companies. Experience with marketing automation tools, particularly HubSpot. Bonus points if you have experience in the veterinary or technology sectors. Skills Ability to think strategically and translate these strategies into actionable plans. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. Confidence to own the messaging and promotion of new features. Proficiency in creating compelling content and messaging. Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools (SEO, SEM, PPC).
