We’re hiring Experienced and Trainee Concrete Technicians to join our Glendenning Field Concrete testing team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll test concrete samples, operate specialised equipment, and work closely with construction teams on real‑world projects. After your initial training, you’ll head into the field to assist with concrete testing on construction sites. Most of the work is field‑based, with some lab duties as needed. As well as driving a company vehicle, there are physical and technical aspects to this role — perfect for those who are safety‑conscious, enjoy working outdoors, and don’t mind getting their hands dirty. What’s In It For You Trainees: Full‑time wage of $27 - $28/hour + overtime (no experience needed) Higher rates offered for candidates with concrete testing experience and qualifications Regular overtime opportunities, 5-7am starts Long‑term career opportunities—many of our senior staff started in trainee roles Nationally recognised qualification (Traineeship Certificate) paid for by us Ongoing training, support, and room to grow Company vehicle provided for site work after initial training Get paid while you train, plus earn around $3,500-$4,200 in potential incentives (amounts may vary) What We’re Looking For Early‑career candidates welcome (Traineeship wages apply), but all ages encouraged to apply Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20 kg regularly Must have Australian or NZ citizenship, PR, or unrestricted long‑term work rights Team players with a good attitude and strong work ethic Current Australian driver’s licence (manual preferred) White Card (or willing to get one ASAP) Join an industry leader that values its people and invests in your future.
