Overview Favorable opportunity for 6 MTh Locum with or without view to continue. Mix Bill secure. 70% or $200 rate. Suits independent full‑time. PM + Nursing. Unique opportunity to join a modern, privately owned clinic in the heart of Brisbane CBD, offering permanent sessions with excellent flexibility to promote a superior work‑life balance. The owners are looking for an experienced FRACGP who excels at managing an established and busy patient base and can commit to providing consistent days and hours for the clinic. An incoming Doctor will be supported by a smooth running business model, a dedicated Practice Manager onsite daily, full‑time nursing support and a consistent flow of patient traffic. In return, the GP will receive 70% of billings or a $200 per hour guarantee. The clinic may suit a Doctor looking to step into a fresh arena where they can be largely independent and run their own practice. The doctor should be available 4-5 days a week and service, maintain and further develop their patient community. The current locum sees 25 patients in the morning; a full day would quickly fill the books.
