About the Role We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to oversee High Voltage (HV) electrical construction projects from inception to completion. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget , and to SKS Technologies’ high-quality standards . You will lead project teams, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across the business. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of HV electrical construction projects in line with client and company objectives. Lead and coordinate HV project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Apply detailed knowledge of Operating Authority, Permit to Work, RIC, and Permit Control Officer responsibilities within the HV team. Develop HV operating sequences, project safety plans, SWMS, and permits. Oversee project schedules, budgets, cost control, and reporting. Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards. Conduct site inspections and ensure works meet design specifications. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. Collaborate closely with internal teams—Estimating, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance—to ensure seamless project delivery. About You You’re a confident and detail-driven professional with a strong background in HV electrical construction . You take ownership of projects, value safety and quality, and are at your best when leading people and solving complex site challenges. Qualifications & Experience Trade qualification or tertiary degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or similar (desirable). Current Electrical Licence (preferred). Relevant site safety certifications (White Card, First Aid, CPR/LVR, etc.). Proven experience managing HV electrical or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of electrical systems, cabling, and construction methodologies. Demonstrated skills in contract administration, cost management, and scheduling. Familiarity with Visibuild QA platform (advantageous) and Bluebeam. Exposure to AV, data, or communication systems projects is a plus.
