Reporting to Chief Steward, as a Kitchen Steward your main duties will include but are not limited to: Washing crockery, cutlery and glassware using commercial dishwashers Washing cooking equipment and tools Completing daily cleaning of the kitchens Assist with the set up and pack down of buffets and banquets as required Please note that overnight shift availability is a mandatory requirement for this role, with applicable HIGA penalty rates applied in accordance with award conditions. You will work with the team to ensure that the cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all time. Attention to detail is essential.
