As a Graduate Developer, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers developing minor enhancements, features, and bug fixes for our Java applications, ensuring high quality through unit testing and adherence to standards. Key Responsibilities Complete assigned development tasks to technical specification. Learn and implement Agile processes. Apply development practices. Manage source code. Perform testing & peer reviews. Essential Skills and Attributes Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or software engineering. Experience (commercial or at University) with Java, C#, or Python. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Understanding of functional and object-oriented programming paradigms. Demonstrable skills through university results and project work. Natural curiosity and propensity for learning about a broad range of technologies. Some understanding and/or practical experience in unit testing.
