About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for advising on high-profile employment and industrial relations matters, particularly in relation to workplace change projects such as restructuring, enterprise bargaining, and industrial action. You will also be involved in drafting and negotiating contracts, reviewing awards, and conducting workplace investigations. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer eager to take on a leading role and work with a diverse range of clients. Key Responsibilities Advise on complex industrial relations and employment matters. Draft and negotiate contracts, and conduct workplace investigations. Collaborate with corporate and transactional teams, providing specialist support on employment law issues. Deliver expert advice on workplace policies and employment law matters to clients across various industries. The Ideal Candidate We’re looking for an experienced lawyer with: 3‑5+ years’ experience in employment law within a private practice setting. Proven ability to provide commercial, client‑focused legal advice. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. A collaborative and energetic approach to their work.
