Job Description We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The Warehouse Supervisor plays a key role in the end‑to‑end coordination of the warehouse operations. The role requires strong coordination, record‑keeping and attention to detail to ensure all tasks are accurately captured for 3PL billing purposes. Maintaining stock control integrity, upholding safe work practices in line with OH&S standards and ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organised and compliant are essential. The Supervisor will also be responsible for managing staff and promoting safe product handling, fostering a high‑performing and safety‑first team culture. Key Responsibilities Ensure the safety of all personnel in the warehouse and surrounding areas by adhering to Mondiale VGL’s OH&S policies and safe work practices Enforce warehouse security protocols and restrict access to authorised personnel only Manage daily warehouse workload, including prioritising container unpacks to meet customer requirements Register unpack lists and cartage advice accurately in the system Oversee appropriate staffing levels, including full‑time employees and casual labour hire, to meet operational needs Conduct site inductions and supervision of contractors, including unpack crews Maintain warehouse facilities, including racking inspections, cleanliness and damage reporting Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained and serviced regularly in line with scheduled compliance Organise local and interstate deliveries, including label generation and coordination with client relations teams Ensure strict compliance with quarantine regulations for agricultural unpacks, including documentation and container handling Perform weekly pallet counts (physical or system‑based) and provide all paperwork to the on‑site pallet controller Qualifications Proven leadership in occupational health and safety (OHS), with a strong commitment to safe work practices Current forklift licence with hands‑on experience in warehouse environments Demonstrated staff management skills, including team supervision and performance coordination High level of reliability, integrity and leadership, with a proactive and accountable work ethic Strong attention to detail and well‑developed computer literacy for accurate data handling and reporting Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive improvements within the warehouse team and collaborate cross‑functionally across departments Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timeframes, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled and queries are resolved promptly Skilled in managing multiple operational areas simultaneously, maintaining calm and efficient warehouse performance under varying demands Why Mondiale VGL?
