Case Concierge – Repute Law (Work from Home / Remote) Join a fast-growing Australian Law Firm Repute Law is a dynamic, fast-growing legal practice delivering outstanding legal services through a modern, tech-enabled, remote-first model. With existing divisions in Criminal Law and Family Law, and five new areas launching this year, we’re changing the way legal services are delivered in Australia. We’re now looking for exceptional Case Concierge with a Paralegal background to join our frontline team. About the Role As a Case Concierge , you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Delivering a polished, professional, and human experience that sets the tone for everything that follows. You’ll handle inbound enquiries via phone, assess urgency and fit, explain our fixed-fee model, and guide clients through the first steps of legal engagement. You’ll also collaborate closely with our internal teams, ensuring smooth handovers, consistent messaging, and outstanding support. This is a client-facing, operations-focused role ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering service that truly makes a difference. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Responding to inbound hotline and website enquiries to provide clients with trust and assurance Collecting client details and identifying key issues such as court dates and urgency Explaining our legal process, including retainer requirements and fixed fees Coordinating initial consultations with Senior Lawyers Sending follow-up messages and ensuring the client experience is seamless Liaising with Case Managers, Consultants, and Practice Managers Maintaining internal documentation and client records in Clio and VXT Supporting conversion efforts with confident, client-friendly communication Aligning communication practices with firm-wide protocols and standards Who You Are You’re sharp, solutions-focused, and ready to be the calm, professional voice at the other end of the line. You’re confident discussing our services—because you understand that clarity builds trust from the very first conversation.
