We have an exciting opportunity for a trainee or experienced Sales Consultant to join our Toyota Used Vehicle Sales Team in Croydon. Your Responsibilities: Maintain strong knowledge of vehicles in stock and at associated dealerships. Understand customer needs and guide them through the purchase process. Achieve sales targets and build long-term customer relationships. Identify and secure new business through calls, referrals, and lead follow-ups. Conduct product demonstrations and ensure smooth vehicle delivery. Assist with vehicle valuations and trade-ins as required. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and close deals. Comfortable working with sales targets, KPIs, and CRM systems. Availability to work an 11-day fortnight (including weekends with rostered weekdays off). A valid NSW driver’s licence.
