Experienced NDIS Support Coordinator / NDIS Specialist Support Coordinator Join a values-driven team making a real difference. Due to continued growth across Queensland, we're on the lookout for two experienced NDIS Specialist Support Coordinators and an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator to join our expanding team—servicing the Northern Brisbane / Sunshine Coast region and the Southern Brisbane / Gold Coast region. Linking clients with disability and mainstream services. Responding calmly and effectively during times of crisis. Maintaining accurate and timely records, reports, and progress notes. Onboarding new clients and developing tailored coordination plans. Building strong local networks with service providers and community supports. About You Strong understanding of the NDIS. High emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills. Strong admin, documentation, and time management skills. Experience managing a caseload in a billable-hours environment. Qualification in disability, community services, or relevant lived / professional experience. Ability to work independently from home, and as part of a supportive remote team. Current driver's license and willingness to travel within your region. You’ll Also Need NDIS Worker Screening Check. Working With Children Check. Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
