Company Warlu Way Services Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable commercial cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our motel facilities. Benefits Competitive Salary Task & Responsibilities vacuuming carpets, curtains and upholstered furniture in guest rooms and communal areas cleaning, dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures and fittings removing rubbish and recyclable materials; emptying bins and replacing liners cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and laundry facilities, replenishing supplies and reporting defective plumbing fixtures stripping, waxing and polishing floors operating industrial cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor polishes cleaning walls, ceilings and fixtures to maintain a hygienic environment ensuring all cleaning chemicals and equipment are safely stored appropriately reporting any maintenance or safety issues to management Qualification & Experience at least 12 months related work experience previous experience in hotel, motel or commercial cleaning preferred knowledge of safe handling and cleaning chemicals and equipment strong attention to detail and ability to work independently good communication and time management skills Work Type: Full time Salary: $69,000 - $77,000 Job Publish: Job Expire: #J-18808-Ljbffr
