You'll work closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care in gastroenterology and hepatology. Your day will include performing endoscopy procedures, running outpatient clinics, and providing expert input on complex cases. You'll play a key role in shaping service quality through audits and peer reviews, while also guiding and teaching junior doctors. Beyond clinical work, you'll contribute to research initiatives and help drive improvements in patient care processes. When needed, you'll respond to emergent situations as part of the on-call roster, ensuring patients receive timely, life‑saving interventions. You will receive a competitive remuneration package value from $190,991 (L18) up to $238,474 (L27) comprising salary rates between $103.79 (L18) and $131.60 p.h. (L27), motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value.
