Client Services Officer

Job Description Join our collaborative SMSF team in the Gold Coast We're seeking a motivated, flexible, and positive individual who takes initiative. What will your typical week look like? Ensure timely completion of client-related tasks and document lodgements across the local office or designated region, meeting both internal and external service standards. Provide comprehensive support to the Client Services team - including file management, database entry, document preparation for signing, invoicing, and communication with auditors via workflow portals. Manage client correspondence (paper and electronic) and assist with front-of-house reception duties to maintain smooth daily operations. Foster strong internal relationships across service divisions, maintaining a proactive and positive approach to teamwork and shared goals. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging professionally with clients and stakeholders while contributing positively as a collaborative team member. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel) with a proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to continuous development.
