We’re currently seeking a professional, hardworking individual to join our team as a Rental Sales Agent in Western Melbourne . This customer-facing role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities Communicate with customers via phone and in person, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills. Organise the day‑to‑day operations. Work with internal departments to meet customers’ needs. Promote and sell Budget products and services. Achieve targets and KPIs. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents regarding rental agreements. Handle vehicle cleaning as required. Prepare daily, weekly and damage reports. Maintain daily activity of the fleet. Complete other job duties as assigned by the Branch Manager. Qualifications Previous experience in the Rental Car and Truck Industry is preferred. Exceptional knowledge of vehicle maintenance and customer service is acceptable. Holder of a current driver’s license. Ability to work a rotating roster that includes alternate weekends and public holidays. Basic computer skills with the ability to learn. Capacity to multi-task, monitor and organise business demands on a daily basis. Flexible approach to multiple assigned work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
