Responsibilities Lead a strategic AI portfolio: Own end-to-end delivery of AI projects ranging from new growth initiatives to internal transformation programs. Shape growth roadmaps: Partner to translate vision into clear, prioritised roadmaps for next-generation AI products. Drive execution: Plan, resource, track benefits and deliver on-time and at-cost. Drive engagement: Create a climate where peers are motivated to achieve objectives. Manage delivery performance: Report, analyse outcomes, take corrective action to reach team and personal goals. Champion agile and change: Lead change management activities—impact analysis, communications, training—to ensure adoption of AI solutions. Communicate with impact: Liaise between product and tech teams translating requirements to technical specs and vice versa. A diverse background delivering new product development and internal transformation projects. Deep expertise in agile and lean methodologies, with pragmatic application of the right process. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing competing priorities and navigating ambiguity.
