Market Research Manager Domain, a CoStar Group (NASDAQ : CSGP) real estate technology leader, is expanding its research team in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The Market Research Manager will drive commercial real estate data quality, portfolio analytics, and strategic planning for a global client base. Role Overview The Market Research Manager leads a high-performing research team, ensuring accurate, comprehensive market data that empowers clients to make high-impact business decisions in the commercial real estate sector. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of 8+ Associate Research Consultants, fostering a culture of excellence, coaching, and collaboration. Ensure data integrity and market coverage by supervising collection, analysis, and timely publication of commercial real estate data; design workflows and conduct regular audits. Drive strategic planning and reporting in partnership with sales and product teams; prepare quarterly "Territory Plans" and comprehensive market reports. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team of 6 or more individuals in a professional, corporate environment. Minimum 2 years of experience within commercial real estate. Flexibility to work shifts aligned with national time zones. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Experience in real estate research or data management (5+ years). Strong leadership, coaching, and workload management skills. Experience creating KPIs and meeting performance metrics. Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and basic formulas. Creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.
