For more information about working at Vinnies please click here. 22.8 hours per week Mon-Wed (some flexibility on hours and days) | Maternity Leave Cover Contract until 30 June 2026 Meaningful role delivering impactful case work and supporting people on their recovery journey Clear career development pathways with strong internal support and progression opportunities SCHCADS Award Level 4 with hourly rates from $44.58 to $47.97, depending on experience Your Role As a Case Worker at Rosalie House - Tamworth, you will provide compassionate, person-centred support and therapeutic interventions to empower clients throughout their recovery. This role involves delivering high-quality case management, facilitating group programs and providing comprehensive alcohol and other drug treatment to support long-term wellbeing and stability. You will work within a collaborative and inclusive team that is passionate about delivering positive outcomes for individuals and the wider community. Your Responsibility Develop and manage individual case plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches Provide psychosocial support, conflict resolution and facilitate group work Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive and sustainable client outcomes Maintain accurate client records and actively participate in case reviews Conduct drug and alcohol screenings and engage with families and external stakeholders Contribute to continuous quality improvement, WHS requirements and staff mentoring You Will Need Certificate IV or Diploma in AOD, Community Services or a related field, or currently working towards Experience supporting people with complex needs such as AOD, homelessness or mental health Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team environment Strong therapeutic skills with confidence facilitating group programs Basic computer literacy and a current NSW driver’s licence Apply Now If this sounds like you, don’t wait - apply now , we are interviewing applications as we receive them.
