Overview DP World’s Container Parks operation is seeking an MC Driver with A-Double experience to join our team based at Port Botany, NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting full and empty container loads between our sites, customer locations, terminals, and empty container parks. Permanent full-time opportunities are available on day and afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday. Key Accountabilities Demonstrated knowledge of Load Restraint, Chain of Responsibility, fatigue management, and road transport legislation. Conduct daily pre-start checks, vehicle maintenance, fault reporting, and weight scale calibration. Adhere to DP World safety protocols, including site compliance and incident reporting. Shuttle full exports, imports, and empty containers within the Port precinct, and deliver containers to metro, regional, and rural customer sites. Maintain accurate delivery records, electronic logs, driver timesheets, and load data to a high standard. Communicate effectively with dispatch to ensure efficient scheduling and compliance. Qualifications, Skills and Experience Hold a current and valid MC licence and MSIC card. Proven experience in container transport, including A-Double operations, with knowledge of empty parks, terminals, port procedures, and reversing into wharf terminals. Strong understanding of Chain of Responsibility, NHVAS accreditation requirements, and fatigue management (BFM preferred or willingness to obtain). Familiarity with legal weight limits and correct load positioning for full container loads. Willing to undergo a full pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening. Experience using MT Data and Guardian safety technology is highly regarded.
